1. General Terms
By placing an order or making a reservation at The Mud Island, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, both online and offline.

2. Ordering & Payments

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards.

• A minimum order value of ₹100 applies for all orders.

• Orders cannot be modified once placed. If changes are needed, the customer must cancel the order and place a new one.

3. Reservations

• Customers can cancel a reservation and book again, but modifications to an existing reservation are not allowed.

• No-shows are not charged any fee.

4. Pricing & Availability

• The Mud Island reserves the right to change menu prices without prior notice.

• While we strive to maintain stock of all menu items, availability is not guaranteed. Some items may be unavailable due to supply issues or seasonal availability.

5. Usage Restrictions

• Customers are expected to use our services responsibly. Fraudulent activities, misuse of services, or abusive behavior will result in a ban from our platform.

• Bulk orders are allowed, but subject to restaurant discretion based on availability.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of The Mud Island. Unauthorized use for personal or commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Food & Allergies Disclaimer

• Our food may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Customers with allergies should inform the restaurant before placing an order. The Mud Island is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by consuming our food.

8. Liability & Third-Party Services

• The Mud Island is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or third-party service providers.

• We are also not responsible for the privacy policies or services of third-party websites linked on our platform (e.g., food delivery apps, social media platforms).

9. Account Termination & Policy Violations

• We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms, including engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, harassment, or misuse of our services.

10. Updates & Governing Law

• The Mud Island may update these terms without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
