1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we begin preparation immediately. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances after the order is prepared.
2. Food Order Errors
Walk-in / Call-in Orders:

If you receive an incorrect order, contact us or your third-party delivery provider immediately.

If the mistake was made by our restaurant, return the incorrect item in its original, untampered container for a replacement.

If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any refund, exchange, or store credit.
Delivery Orders:

If you receive the wrong order due to a restaurant error, contact us immediately.

Our driver will deliver the correct item or provide store credit.

To process the return, exchange the incorrect item with the driver upon arrival.

If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
Refund Methods:

Debit/Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your banking institution.

Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Note: To qualify for a refund, the incorrect item must be returned within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.
4. Missing or Incomplete Orders

If an item is missing from your order, contact us or your third-party delivery provider immediately.

The missing item can be picked up at our restaurant.
5. Pick-Up Orders

We are not responsible for any food damage after the order has been picked up.

We take great care in packaging our food, but some temperature, sauce, or consistency changes may occur after pick-up.
6. Food Dissatisfaction

Our food is made fresh using high-quality ingredients.

Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences or comparison with other restaurants.

7. Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after preparation.

Refunds/store credit are not applicable for non-food items or beverages.
8. Complimentary Food & Discounts

No refunds or cash value will be provided for complimentary items.

Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and must be presented at the time of ordering.
9. Store Credit Terms

Store credit expires within 14 days of the original purchase.
